Throughout history, Portuguese explorers have discovered several territories around the world, creating an extensive multicultural heritage. Inspired by this unique legacy, Portuguese fashion designer Alexandra Moura interpreted elements from former Portuguese colonies from the XVIII century to create a very creative collection for Fall/Winter 2017/18.
Vibrant jacquard sweaters featuring ethnic motifs and prints from East-Timor and Indonesia are paired with contrasting pieces in solid colours. Traditional references meet innovation in new, bold silhouettes with oversized pieces, made for the new urban explorer.
